Today, Visar Ymeri, Executive Director, and Naim Jakaj, Researcher at the Institute for Social Policies “Musine Kokalari,” through a press conference, published the first issue of the “Social and Democratic Monitor.” The Monitor is a statistical summary of the effects of the pandemic in relation to human rights and democracy, as well as the social impacts of institutional decisions and measures undertaken to address the health and economic crisis. The Monitor will be published regularly on a monthly basis.
