Last weekend, the New Social Initiative – NSI and the Institute for Social Policy “Musine Kokalari” organized a two-day workshop aimed at empowering youth from Kosovo in the art of negotiation.
The workshop offered a unique platform for youth of diverse ethnic backgrounds to engage in practical learning.
Led by the renowned negotiation expert Ardi Shatri, participants immersed themselves in a series of essential negotiation techniques for real-world scenarios. During the workshop, attendees engaged in simulated negotiations, focusing on issues relevant to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
This initiative underscores a commitment to fostering critical thinking and diplomatic skills among the future leaders of both communities. By equipping youth with the necessary tools for effective negotiation, the seminar aims to pave the way for constructive dialogue and sustainable peace in the region.
This workshop was conducted as an activity of the MATRA project, supported by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Kosovo.
