Position: Finance and Administration Officer
Duration: April–December 2024, with possibility of contract renewal

Responsibilities:
-Implementation of decisions by the Board of Directors, Executive Director, and Finance Director.
-Implementation of the IPS MK Financial Manual.
-Preparation of employment contracts for staff, external collaborators, interns, and volunteers.
-Archiving all financial documents according to regulations and the financial manual.
-Assisting the Finance Director in managing the finances of IPS MK.
Additional responsibilities:
-Management of human resources at IPS MK.
-Filing official documents and maintaining the archive of IPS MK.
-Processing requests for absences and leave.
-Other duties as defined in the internal regulations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, or related fields.
-Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
-Skills in financial management principles and practices.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks.
-Proficiency in the English language.
