What?: Two-day workshop on debate and negotiation skills
When?: November 21-22, 2024
Where?: Hotel Garden, Pristina
About the workshop:
The workshop aims to improve participants’ debating skills and tactics through simulated negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia delegations. The mixed groups will be provided with position papers prepared by a policy expert outlining each side’s negotiation goals, red lines, risks, etc. Participants will be divided into two groups that will justify their positions.
The first day of the workshop will be dedicated to familiarizing yourself with the team’s internal positioning documents and strategies and negotiations. The second day will be dedicated solely to negotiations and the framework of the agreement.
Who can apply? Young people (18-30 years old) from Kosovo and Serbia.
Knowledge of English is required
