Publication of the research report “Who Cares” on unpaid work in Kosovo
IPS Musine Kokalari informs all local and international civil society organizations, representatives of public institutions, and all individuals interested in the fields of labor, social and family rights and policies, gender equality, health, and the economy that on October 25, 2022, a quantitative and qualitative research on unpaid work will be published for the first time in Kosovo.
The research aims to present statistical data on the amount of time that citizens in Kosovo spend doing unpaid work, including care for the household, children, the elderly, and persons in need of increased care. Additionally, through focus group discussions, it seeks to provide an analysis of citizens’ perceptions regarding unpaid work, or care work.
