Negotiators were present \u2014 some representing Serbia, others Kosovo. Two facilitators assisted in conducting the discussions, and in the end, a symbolic agreement was reached.<\/p>\n\n

Over the course of two days, young Albanian and Serbian men and women from Kosovo, divided into two mixed delegations, debated, negotiated, and jointly built a simulation of the dialogue process for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.<\/p>\n\n

On the first day, the participants familiarized themselves with official documents and developed their negotiating positions and strategies.<\/p>\n\n

On the second day, they engaged in bilateral and trilateral negotiations, which culminated in drafting a framework for an implementation agreement.<\/p>\n\n

This workshop proved to be a valuable tool for:<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Promoting cooperation and understanding among potential policymakers<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Developing debating and negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Increasing sensitivity to different perspectives<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Gaining a deeper understanding of the normalization process<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Creating concrete solutions within the context of the dialogue<\/p>\n\n

The workshop was organized by the Institute for Social Policies \u201cMusine Kokalari\u201d<\/p>\n\n

and New Social Initiative \u2013 Nova dru\u0161tvena inicijativa, as part of the project \ud835\udc37\ud835\udc56\ud835\udc4e\ud835\udc59\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc54\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc52, \ud835\udc46\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc59\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc61\ud835\udc56\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5b\ud835\udc60, \ud835\udc39\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc61\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc5f\ud835\udc52, supported by the German Federal Foreign Ministry and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).<\/p>\n\n
