The negotiators were there \u2014 some represented Serbia, others Kosovo. Two facilitators guided the discussions, and in the end, a symbolic agreement was reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the course of two days, young Albanians and Serbs from Kosovo, divided into mixed delegations, debated, negotiated, and jointly simulated the dialogue process for normalizing relations between Kosovo and Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the first day, participants reviewed official documents and developed their negotiation positions and strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the second day, they engaged in bilateral and trilateral negotiations, culminating in the drafting of a framework for an implementation agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This workshop proved to be a valuable tool for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop was organized by the Institute for Social Policy \u201cMusine Kokalari\u201d and New Social Initiative – Nova dru\u0161tvena inicijativa<\/strong><\/a>, as part of the \ud835\udc37\ud835\udc56\ud835\udc4e\ud835\udc59\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc54\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc52, \ud835\udc46\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc59\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc61\ud835\udc56\ud835\udc5c\ud835\udc5b\ud835\udc60, \ud835\udc39\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc61\ud835\udc62\ud835\udc5f\ud835\udc52 project, supported by the Ausw\u00e4rtiges Amt<\/strong><\/a> and the National Endowment for Democracy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
