POSITION: FINANCIAL OFFICER (1 POSITION, 100% FULL-TIME)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Workplace:<\/strong> Street B, Residio 5, Entrance B, No. 15-1, Nd\u00ebrtuesi Dervisholli \u2013 10 000, Prishtina \u2013 Republic of Kosovo<\/p>\n\n 1. Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n \u2022 Good knowledge of the governance system and legislation related to the work of the Assembly of Kosovo<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Good knowledge of issues related to economic, social, and political matters;<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Excellent logistical, organizational, communication, and representation skills;<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Proven skills in research assistance;<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Skills in writing and drafting reports, statements, etc.<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Establish regular communication with officials of the Assembly Administration, staff of parliamentary groups, as well as partner organizations and institutions (both local and international);<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Monitoring parliamentary committee meetings and plenary sessions of the Assembly and preparing summary reports;<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Monitoring publications of specialized institutes (think tanks) and other local and international organizations and institutions.<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Assist the Project Coordinator in planning and managing daily tasks;<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Assist in preparing promotional and advocacy campaigns for the project;<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Drafting analytical reports for the public based on research findings and addressing specific recommendations related to these findings;<\/p>\n\n \u2022 Performing other tasks within the project, as instructed by the Project Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n 2.
