We might have a great short-term opportunity for you!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What:&nbsp;<\/strong>Two-day workshop in debating and negotiation skills&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong>&nbsp;21-22 November 2024&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where: <\/strong>Hotel Garden, Pristina&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">About the workshop:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop aims to enhance participants\u2019 debating skills and tactics through mock negotiations between delegations of Kosovo and Serbia. Mixed groups will be handed out position papers prepared by a policy experts outlining each party\u2019s negotiation aims, red lines, risks, etc. The participants will be divided into two groups and asked to defend their assigned positions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first day of the workshop will be dedicated to familiarization with the position papers, internal team strategizing and negotiations; the second will be devoted only to negotiations and outline of the agreement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply: <\/strong>Young people (18-30 year-olds) from Kosovo and Serbia, knowledge of English language required\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> November 8, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To Apply:&nbsp;<\/strong>Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your interest to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:info@musineinstitute.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@musineinstitute.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All costs of the participants, travel and accommodations are covered by the program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of young leaders in Kosovo and foster cross-cultural understanding.
